In recent years,with the rapid development of industrial control technology,remote control has also been greatly developed.The utility model has the advantages of the staff do not need to visit the site,but the information through the network,and to control the object,which is the foundation of remote control network communication technology,this paper designs a network communication for remote control,the design of multi bus communication technology based on DSP,including Ethernet communication,Wi-Fi communication and CAN communication etc..The design can be applied to industrial control,intelligent home,intelligent greenhouse and other fields,and has certain practical value.Digital signal processor(DSP)in the communication processing has a strong data processing capabilities,high running speed.In order to make the system have high data processing capacity,the system uses TM320F28335 as the main controller,in its periphery integration of multiple interface modules,including CAN bus,SPI bus,SCI bus,Ethernet,wireless Wi-Fi.In the hardware design,the paper constructs the DSP minimum system,selects ENC28J60 as the ethernet controller to complete the ethernet communication,the ESP8286Wi-Fi module completes the wireless Wi-Fi communication,the SPI bus completes the data exchange with the SD card,completes the CAN module with the servo device Of the communication,SCI interface as a system debugging interface,given the hardware design of each module circuit.Software design,the main completion of the system and its various modules initialization process,SD card power flow and single block data write process,the network protocol processing process,CAN module transceiver data process and wireless Wi-Fi module transceiver data processing process,Given and the preparation and transplantation of the program.Finally,the system test platform is built,the interface between SPI and SD card is debugged and the data exchange between the interface of the wireless Wi-Fi module and the wireless data transmission and reception process are carried out.The communication between the Ethernet module and the external network,Communication between the CAN module and the servo device.Experimental results show that each interface module can complete the exchange of data.
