| ObjectivesThe purpose of this study was to construct a mobile phone APP module content for patients with breast cancer.use of information technology to deliver the professional,accurate,real-time medical knowledge to patients,to solve the problems of patients concerns in the app platform.In order to improve the medical status of patients after discharge,enhance the awareness of patients to participate in disease management,improve the breast cancer patients' quality of life.MethodsIn this study,a total of 30 senior domestic clinical medical staff and nursing managers were selected.use of Delphi methods for the 3 round of expert consultation on the construction of the mobile phone APP module content indicators at all levels of the entries,grades,indicators of the connotation.Using SPSS22.0 software and Microsoft Excel 2007 Software for data processing,and the use of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the weight of indicators at all levels,Finally,determine the module content of home management APP for patients with breast cancer.ResultsExperts representation and reliability: The recovery rates of the three rounds of consultation questionnaires are as follows,93.3%,100% and 100%,respectively,whichsuggested that experts have a high enthusiasm.The experts' authoritative degree are 0.80,0.85 and 0.85,respectively,which suggested that experts have good representative and authoritative.The construction of APP module content of home management in patients with breast cancer: Based on the index selection criteria,the importance of the first round at all levels of index mean value>3.0,the second rounds at all levels of index mean value>3.5,the variation coefficient<0.25,Selection and modification of the index according toexpert's opinion.The determination of index weight: After three rounds of consulting experts for advice,in this study,the first-level indicator(CR:0.00),the second-level indicator(CR:0.00),the third-level indicator(CR: 0~0.0731),the fourth-level indicator(CR:0.00),the fifth-level indicator(CR:0.00)which suggested that the APP module content indicators in this study were conformed to the requirements of the logical consistency.It is generally acknowledged that CR<0.1 is conformed to consistency check.Finally,the APP module content of home management for patients with breast cancer was established.Includingmedical workstations,patients workstations,patients information,medical team information,pain,limb edema,skin flap necrosis,cancer-related fatigue,adverse drug reaction,exercise,nutrition,negative emotion,PICC et al.the module content includes 2 firstlevel indexes and 11 second-level indexes and 40 third-level indexes and 4 fourth-level indexes and 13 fifth-level indexes.ConclusionsThe results of this study show that the expert consultation has high representativeness and credibility,The establishment of mobile phone APP module content index for breast cancer patient in home management,with a certain degree of scientific and practical.breast cancer patients after treatment will appear a series of adverse reactions and complications,resulting in patients with anxiety and depression and physical discomfort,Through the use of home management APP,patients can effectively reduce anxiety and depression,and promote physical rehabilitation.The APP provides a scientific and reasonable health management model for patients,and provides a new intervention media for patients with continuous care,to avoid to interrupt the hospital medical services and nursing services.At the same time,mobile phone APP can provide a platform for the Communication between doctors and patients,By means of mobile information,patients can understand the occurrence and development of the disease,pay more attention to the dynamic development of breast cancer,so as to enhance the enthusiasm of patients to participate in the disease management and improve the quality of life. |
