In the fields of standard measurement and standard testing, high precision standard devices with dynamic performance are needed. And the standard devices should have the ability of measuring and signal outputting.However, high precision performance and dynamic performance is in a conflict. Therefore the required performance cannot be acquired in the measuring device nowadays. Hence, several multisensor data fusion algorithms are introduced to achieve high precision with high dynamic performance.Similarly, it's difficult to achieve the target because of the poor level of DA chips, so an addition method is introduced to achieve high precision wave form generator.The thesis is composed of seven chapters as following:Chapter 1: The current status and development of data fusion algorithm is summarized. The content of data fusion algorithm is also proposed, and the object and task of the research on data fusion algorithm are put forward.Chapter 2: The multisensor fusion algorithm that is applied in high precision measurement is studied and several multisensor fusion rules are set forth as a result. Then an addition method which can be applied in high precision signal generator is set forth too.Chapter 3: Design of high precision standard devices is described in detail. First the key technology and the solving means are presented, then the problems in design are analyzed in the end.Chapter 4: The multisensor fusion algorithms are applied in high precison measuring module of standard device, and four experiments are realized in this platform. Then the addition method is also applied in high precision signal generator and 2 experiments are carried out in this platform. The validity of the algorithms is proved by all of the above experiments.Chapter 5: The summary and expectations for the research in the thesis are presented.The rules of multisensor data fusion are introduced from the area of signal estimation because of the need in high precision measuring system and high precision giving attention to dynamic performance is acquired in high precision measuring system.These are the innovations of this thesis.
