An Optimized Plan For The Subscription "Jian Shu Pin Dao" Of NetEase Cloud Reading

With various public platforms such as WeChat,Weibo and NetEase are widely used,various subscription has become an integral part of the online environment.There has been fierce competition from both self-media and companies.The research of an optimized plan for the subscription "Jian Shu Pin Dao" of NetEase Cloud Reading is generated in this market background.The main purpose of this paper is to solve the existing problems in the operation for the subscription "Jian Shu Pin Dao",and design a new optimized plan for it.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the background,and research questions.The second chapter is about the analysis of users,depicting the user's image and pointing out the user's needs through observing the groups and interviewing users.The third chapter is about the competitor analysis,learning from Professors'(Ceng Zhonglu and Ming-Jer Chen)analysis model to analyze the competitors for "Yu Le Jing Xuan" and "Yan Su Ba Gua".The fourth chapter is about the specific optimization design,the first step is to review the past planning,and explicitly points out the problems existing in past palns,then combines the results of competitor analysis and user analysis.Finally,optimizes the design plan by two aspects of content operation and user operation.The fifth chapter is an assessment of the effectiveness of the design,according to the design objectives.And interviewed the users again.The sixth chapter is the summary of the article and the author's thinking.
