The Design And Implementation Of Information Management System Of A Group

At present,information technology is increasingly integrated into our working life,and with the accelerated pace of development,the application of information technology in enterprises is gradually penetrating into the various activities of production and operation.It is a vital issue for the field of computer software to make excellent use of information technology resources.Taking the design and implementation of the information management system for A Group as the object of development,this paper aims to enable all lines of business in A to achieve an economic impact of the highest efficiency and lowest costs by using information technology,to establish a sound information transmission network within the Group,so that labor costs can be saved and the management work can be accomplished through the information technology system.Based on the actual needs of the information technology system for A Group,the design process of the system is divided into three stages according to software engineering life cycle theory: demand analysis,system design and system implementation.Adopting.NET as the system development platform based on the actual needs of A Group,setting the development goals for the system,taking SQL Server 2008 as the system database technology,using B/S as the development structure mode,the paper designs the database and core function interface for A Group's information technology system.Additionally,application of the system is conducted in accordance with the basic requirements of: 1)enabling the employees to access the Group's website easily without limits of time and location so that they can deal with relevant business in real time.2)achieving real-time sharing of information such as project management,material procurement,product sales,financial management and inventory management to improve the level of information management.The paper divides A's information management system into four functional modules,including project management,financial management,internal management and background management.Based on the business development of A Group,the paper conducts a detailed analysis and design implementation of the four modules mentioned above in accordance with the design ideas of stable performance,convenient to use and easy maintenance,promotes the communication of internal and external information resources in a timely manner,and enables the management work to achieve office automation.
