In recent years,with the rapid progress and popularization of mobile devices and wireless technologies,people have added a new way of life.The emergence of music class APP also satisfied the people's need that to enjoy the music anytime and anywhere.From the beginning of 2010,mobile terminal have showed the great potential that online music started to transfer to it,just seven years in the past,APP music marketing has already formed the situation that the Tencent,the Alibaba,the NetEase and the Baidu cover most of the consumer,coupled with the trend of copyright normalization,so the other music APP that do not have strong supporting has no way but attract more users,and if they want to get more users' attention,meeting the needs of the user at most is the key.So understanding the needs of users has a very important significance for the APP.The reason why to choose the Netease as the case study because the following two points: First,in past two years of rapid development,the Netease had accumulated a huge number of users;Second,compared with QQ music,KuGou music,Xiami music and other music App of the BAT group that have strong business chain support and a huge number of users in the PC era,as a congenital with "mobile gene" music APP,the NetEase is entirely by the product itself to obtain the user's favor.Therefore,the study of the development of Netease is more representative and significant.This paper from the user's point of view,based on the use and satisfaction theory and need motive theory,combined with literature research,questionnaire survey and observation method,we start this research of NetEase cloud music.In this paper,through the investigation of the NetEase cloud music users,we analyzes the characteristics,service condition and degree of satisfaction of NetEase cloud music users,analysis of users in the use of NetEase cloud music is to meet the needs and needs are not met,through the analysis of the data found in the present stage of the development of NetEase cloud music encountered problems,combined with the needs of the user is not satisfied with the proposed rationalization proposals,in order to provide a reference for the future development of music APP...
