Boiler is a kind of special equipment that is widely used in industry and daily life.So boiler has a high requirement for safety.It's very important to monitor the running state of boiler effectively.As a kind of energy-saving and environment-friendly boiler,biomass boiler has received more and more attention.But biomass boiler is still not spread widely in the market because of lack of research for its monitoring system.The increase in the number of mobile terminals,the development of mobile technology and the need of mobile office has greatly promoted the application of mobile network in boiler monitoring.There are some shortcomings of mobile monitoring modes at present in term of function realization,user experience,data presentation ability,all-platform support etc.That makes these monitoring modes not quite satisfy the needs of users and manufactor for interaction of information and involvement in boiler monitoring.Based on the above background,this paper brings forward a new biomass boiler monitoring system based on WeChat public platform after comparing common monitoring methods at present and combining the advantage of WeChat public platform and the traits of biomass boiler.This system has the following traits:monitoring terminal as basis,user involvement and manufactory support.Detailed work can be seen as following:(1)Technical requirements of biomass boiler monitoring system are analysed.A whole solution for biomass boiler monitoring is given.Biomass boiler monitoring system includes monitoring terminal device,wireless communication,third-party platform,WeChat public platform server,client and manufactory service center.(2)Cost-effective monitoring terminal for biomass boiler is designed based on the detailed technical requirements of boiler monitoring terminal.Biomass boiler monitoring terminal is cored on MSP430F149 microcontroller,collects the imformation of parameters like steam press,steam temperature,drum level etc,controls the actuators like water bump,solenoid valve,draught fan etc.Cost for terminal device is reduced while the reliability and safety of system is guaranteed through reasonable design of both hardware and software.(3)The network monitoring system based on WeChat public platform and PaaS is designed.Users can get boiler running state,alarm information,multiple chart display,history information etc and gain different experience,meanwhile the manufactor can monitor and take charge of boilers sold,promote and sell products on-line and apply technical support for users,by using advantages of WeChat public platform,such as large market share,real time communication,multimedia and all-platform support.Development process can be shortened,business can be expanded easily,initial cost can be reduced,hardware update or maintenance can be avoid and product competitiveness can be improved,by using advantages of Sina App Engine such as virtualization,flexibility,low cost and reliability.(4)The realization and test for some functions of boiler monitoring terminal is carried out in lab's experiment platform.Programs for Boiler-monitoring Official Account are realized.Based on the data from monitoring terminal of the lab platform,main functions are verified for Boiler-monitoring Official Account.
