The construction of smart city is a necessary condition for the realization of new urbanization in China.To promote the efficient use of urban energy is one of the issues to be solved in the construction of smart city.Architecture is the main carrier of urban function and the main consumer of urban energy.The construction of intelligent buildings and intelligent energy management,is a powerful means to promote energy-saving emission reduction,but also an important part of the wisdom of urban construction.With the advent of the era of big data and the rapid development of big data related technologies,all walks of life on the large,high dimensional data storage and analysis capabilities continue to improve.Collection,storage,analysis and mining more comprehensive information of building operation energy consumption by related technologies of big data,we can more in-depth understanding of the energy consumption of the building,found that the construction of energy-saving emission reduction point of growth;more reasonable promotion of building energy efficient use.This paper focuses on this topic,mainly in three aspects:(1)Based on Hadoop,the framework of building energy consumption data analysis platform is designed.First of all,the development process of building energy management system is discussed.Secondly,the paper discusses the difference and connection between the building-energy-consumption Hadoop architecture and the traditional Hadoop architecture.Then based on the characteristics of building energy consumption data management,this paper puts forward a detailed design scheme of building energy consumption data analysis platform based on Hadoop.(2)The paper try to study some data mining and analysis methods which is used to solved building-energy-consumption problems,and the methods are focused on the areas of the clustering and the association rule.then,through the study of Spark model,a parallel AP clustering algorithm is designed and implemented,which is applied to the clustering analysis of building energy consumption data stream.(3)Finally,based on the parallel computing model of Hadoop,the paper studies the application of clustering and association rule mining for energy consumption of public buildings.Trough the analysis of different building regions' evolution clustering sub energy data flow and the analysis of frequent rule about the energy consumptionfloating of different building regions,this paper provides strong support for building energy saving and emission reduction.
