Clinical Data Repository(CDR)is a clinical core system that concentrates the clinical data which have been dispersed in different clinical information system,e.g.electronic medical record system,computerized physician order entry system,laboratory information system,etc,to achieve the sharing of information,it provides data support service for scientific research,clinical management and other business.Standard,uniform and open data interface is the main characteristic of CDR system,and it is also the key to ensure the information sharing of CDR system.With the deepening of medical information construction,the introduction of new information systems,on the one hand led to the number of clinical data types in CDR system is increasing,on the other hand the CDR system is facing more and more data applications,which are the data interface of the flexibility put forward higher demand.The traditional CDR system is mostly on-demand to achieve specific data interface,such a CDR system is not easy to expand,whenever the increase in clinical data or data application needs change,is required for data interface adjustment,resulting in a lot of manpower and time consuming.To address above problem,this paper designs an extensible CDR system,which can automatically generate data interface according to the standardized information model,accordingly dynamically adapt to the increasing demand of clinical data,and provide users with on-demand data Interface design,accordingly flexibly adapt to different applications on the data access requirements.In particular,the main work of this paper includes:1)Analyze the implementation method of data interface used in current CDR system,analyze its advantages and disadvantages,application environment and so on.Aiming at the shortcoming that traditional CDR system is not easy to expand or difficult to manipulate in the data interface implementation,this paper proposed a design scheme of CDR system based on dynamic data interface.2)Analyze the openEHR "two-level" modeling approach,make full use of the character of openEHR template that can be flexibly adapted to the dynamic change of data requirements.Study and implement the method of automatic generation of data interface based on openEHR template,which includes:the map relationship and rule establishment of openEHR template to data interface information,dynamic data interface execution mechanism based on Servlet and dynamic stitching algorithm of cross table SQL statement.3)Design and implement an extensible CDR system,which supports on-demand editing of openEHR template and automatic generation of data interface based on openEHR template,accordingly dynamically adapt to the change of data types.It also supports on-demand configuration data Interface,and can automatically generate the data interface to meet the form,which can dynamically adapt to specific data access needs.4)The system was applied in the top three hospitals in China.In the initial stage of the construction of the CDR system,according to the clinical data integration needs of the hospital,it definites the openEHR templates representativing patient information,diagnosis,order,treatment,examination,inspection,medicine,prescribed prescription,signs,surgery,blood transfusion,nursing and treatment of,automatically generated 426 RESTful Web API interface,After the completion of the CDR system,according to the change of data requirement brought by the newly introduced disease risk assessment system,it is possible to dynamically adapt to changes by expanding the openEHR template and on-demand data interfaces.The application proves that the method proposed in this paper can dynamically adjust the data interface on demand,which saves a lot of manpower time and verifies the validity and feasibility of the method proposed in this paper.
