| The system of Wisdom Medical Healthy Service provides a new type of healthy service method, which can give patients a basic medical health service. It’s one of the key factors of the medical health system reform in our country. At present it is blocked by the lack of uniform medical norm and the unshared information in some medical organization, which lead to islets of information. In order to establish a uniform medical data transportation and storage norm, which can be used to realize the information interconnection, this paper make an analysis and comparison about many kinds of medical norm in the world and choose to research on the data conversion and storage platform based on the OpenEHR norm. I also develop the template adapt to different medical organization and the template parsing tools, which is supported by the archetype in the OpenEHR norm, realizing to parse and import the data from different medical organization based on the OpenEHR norm and design the open data interface for them. Considering the medical data exploding and the request of fast analysis of the huge data, this paper uses the distributed storage solution based on non-relational database Mongo DB, which level up the efficiency of the data analyzing and processing.The platform based on OpenEHR norm has applied in the cooperative project between some hospital and us. The actual test suggests that the system runs stable and is fully functional. It has important reference value for establishing the regional medical information base and sharing platform. |
