Research On State Monitoring System For Extruder Based On Information Fusion

With the implementation and popularization of intelligent manufacturing and intelligence factory,the equipment monitoring of manufacturing industry has been paid more and more attention,and intelligent equipment monitoring has become the trend of industrial monitoring.Based on the 40 MN extruding unit monitoring project of nonferrous metal material processing enterprises,the condition monitoring system of Extruder is studied,which improves the reliability of extruder and the work efficiency of extrusion machine.Aiming at the production process and equipment characteristics of the extruding machine for zirconium alloy material,the paper analyzes the factors of equipment failure in the production process of extruder,determines the requirement of equipment condition monitoring in the production process of extruder,and puts forward the scheme of real-time monitoring system for the extruder.System hardware,by the State Monitoring collection,transmission and monitoring of three subsystems,and the use of sensors,switches and wireless gateways and other major equipment and related ancillary equipment to build system monitoring network.On the system software,the function of state monitoring system software is researched,the system application software is developed by Kingscada and SQL Server 2005,and the subroutine of extruder production process data,equipment condition parameter analysis and alarm is designed.The state information fusion model of Extruder is established,and the state fault warning of extruder is carried out by using D-S evidential theory information fusion algorithm,and the model and algorithm program of state warning of extruder are designed and simulated.The system operation shows that the status monitoring system of extruder based on information fusion has good operation effect,fully satisfies the requirement of the condition monitoring and control of extruder,realizes real-time monitoring and early warning of extruder equipment state,improves the equipment utilization ratio and extrusion production efficiency of extruder,and has certain application value in nonferrous metal material processing and production.
