| In modern times,in order to ensure the quality and trait of the metal workpiece,the surface heating of the metal workpiece has become an indispensable process,induction quenching technology is one of the most commonly used surface heating technology.But,due to a variety of electromagnetic interference reasons,thus caused the instability of dc voltage,dc current,which have the impact to the quality of metal workpiece quenching and the quenching depth and hardness consistency of the batch products.In addition,with the rapid development of science and technology,the requirements to the quality of induction quenching is also getting higher and higher,the environmental factors also affect the final quenching quality.At the same time,as the parallel induction quenching industrial control machine is less and less,the method of induction hardening communication needs to be improved.Therefore,it is necessary to design an induction quenching monitoring system based on Ethernet to transmission that can monitoring these parameters in real time.this paper designed a comprehensive monitoring system for induction quenching based on the network.The research of the induction quenching integrated monitoring system based on the network mainly includes the following aspects:Firstly,this paper introduces the working principle of induction quenching,the type of parameters to be monitored and the equipment to be used in the process of induction quenching.Starting from the functional requirements of the induction quenching system,this paper analyzes the requirements of the real time performance in the software platform for the induction quenching,and designs the overall system program.And briefly introduced the integrated development platform and development languages that need to be used.Then,this paper introduces the hardware principle and the whole hardware frame of comprehensive monitoring system based on the network,and a detailed explanation of every hardware circuit module.Mainly includes the choice of MCU,the introduction of STM32F103,the design of the clock circuit,the design of the power circuit,the design of the JTAG debug circuit,the design of the serial circuit,the design of the digital input(DI)circuit,the design of the digital output(DO)circuit,the design of analog input(AI)circuit and the design of the network transmission chip W5500 circuit.Secondly,after designing the hardware circuit,the software system is to be explained.The software system includes the underlying programming and the upper level programming.In the underlying design of driver,the relevant hardware is initialized by the way of developed library,primarily including MCU,DI,DO,AI driver programming.In the upper driver design,at first,introduced the real-time limitations of the Windows operating system,therefore,the RTX real-time system is installed on the Windows operating system,the induction quenching of real-time application in RTX is wrote.Finally,by using of human-computer interaction interface to achieve real-time monitoring of induction quenching monitoring system.The induction quenching integrated monitoring system can timely,accurately and effectively monitor the current of six process parameters,that including DC voltage,DC current,quenching liquid temperature,quenching liquid flow,cooling water temperature,cooling water pressure.The system can give an alarm when the parameter threshold exceeds the upper and lower threshold.The induction hardening integrated monitoring system based on the network has the characteristics of small size,low power consumption,flexible,low cost,etc.,and has great development prospect. |
