Software Design And Realization Of Automatic Detection System For Matching Device

Matching device refers to the transfer device of system signal in the missile telemetry process.The bombing of information can be transfer to the telemetry device by conversion.The precision requirements are extremely high.Thus,the supporting function,that the testing technology of corresponding data on the development of aerospace equipment is more and more apparent.With the development of science and technology,the automatic detection system for weapon equipment testing continues to develop with the requirements of the military industry,as well.Automatic detection of equipments has become one of the focuses of aerospace industry.The purpose of this research is to design a set of general automatic detection system,which can detect a variety of models equipment of the telemetry system.The Detection system can not only test the acquisition of data,but also has a certain fault diagnostic ability.In this paper,the main functional requirements and technical indexes of the matching device are briefly introduced.The realization of the hardware module of the automatic detection system is described.The key point is the realization of the host computer design and implementation for automatic detection system.This paper introduces the development platform based on Visual Studio in detail,develops the application software by using C # programming language Winform application developing tools,realization software platform of multi-threaded programming technology,and database management technology,etc.The host computer software mainly consists of the following parts : a function selection module,a parameter configuration module,an instruction transmission module,a reception message display module,and a timing module.The software provides a platform which can issue instruction to the matching device detection system,and a data acquisition display platform,as well.It can detect multi-channel signaleasily,quickly,and show the detecting data,provide a convenient to the testing staff in order to make judgment in time.Finally,the software and hardware of the system is proved by combined adjusting;coordinated,and the reliability of the system has been confirmed.
