Nowadays,it's difficult to ensure that the parking spaces which selected by users really suitable for their own,because users lack of understanding of traffic station,all parking lots and parking spaces on this area by using the traditional parking reservation.In order to improve the rationality and reliability of the parking spaces reservation,the parking lot has been selected by traffic station,and then the model algorithm of estimating the optimal parking lot and the optimal parking spaces have been put into the reservation which is based on the intelligent parking lot to realize the detection and management of each parking space.the improvement of the parking reservation algorithm and the design of App has been researched in this paper.Firstly,the factors that affect the user's choice of parking lots and parking spaces have been studied in this paper,and a number of factors are combined to construct the optimal parking lot and parking space model too.In this model,road conditions have been considered and the recommending in stages has been designed to get the best parking.At the same time,the optimal parking space model in this paper not only takes into account the interests of the operators,but also the interests of the operators.After completing the design of the model,the application programs accomplished by Matlab are used to make the calculation model ture.Secondly,in order to realize the efficient management of user reservation data and reservation management platform data,MySQL has been used to build the database system in this paper,and the MySQL-Front has also been used to manage the database.In this paper,the data needed to be involved in the parking reservation process are classified and analyzed first.Then,a plurality of tables are created according to the different data categories,ER maps are established too.Useing MySQL-Front and database language to complete the establishment of each data table project is the last step.Thirdly,the operations required and the data to be submitted while the user to complete the parking space appointment are analyzed.By this way,an parking lots appointment App has been designed in this paper.In this project,the appointment App has been completed in the Eclipse development environment using java language,mainly related to the menu interface XML file design and the project Activity file design.After completing the program,the Genymotion virtual machine is used to debug the App initial.Forthly,the server has been configured according to the App project and the data need to be submitted and received to implement the interaction between App and the server database.The Tomcat7.0 is used as the server platform to completed configuration of the projects.fively,the management style is designed for the reserved parking spaces to improve the reliability of the parking spaces.The license plate recognition algorithm and its feasibility in the resevation system has been researched.Queuing appointments and real-time appointmentsare researched and combined to chieve the update of the best reservation.Solution for time-out has been designed too.Lastly,the App has been tested by using Genymotion virtual machine,MySQL database,Tomcat server and Matlab.The results show that the user can complete the reservation of the the optimal parking space by this App.
