The switching power supply uses the pulse width modulation strategy,through the voltage stabilizing attenuation filtering circuit,thus it realizes the stable output.It has two main functions.O ne is as a load supply regulator source.The other is as a charger.When it is used as a charger,it can deliver energy to the load circuit in real time,provide the required voltage and current,and charge the instrument battery.With the rapid development of space industry,many countries begin to develop compact and high reliability switching power circuit.In developed countries,with the birth of a variety of portable precision instruments,spare batteries are usually equipped with their own specific charger.However,C hinese portable precision instruments are developing slowly.The batteries are used less and the types of chargers are less.In order to solve this situation,the design of domestic advanced switching power supply circuit is particularly important.In view of this phenomenon,based on a research project,this paper develops a small current three segment smart charger.The main point of this paper is the software design of the switching power supply and the realization of the hardware circuit.The main contents of this paper are as follows.Through consulting the relevant literature,we need to understand and analyze the principles of various switching power supply.We need to determine the direction of research and application prospects.After that,we will divide the circuit.We analyze each module function,design concept and key problem.We analyze the sources of circuit electromagnetic noise and design corresponding solutions.Finally,we use Cadence and Maxwell simulation software to optimize the simulation of attenuation filtering.It makes the EMC problem more convenient and intuitive.Therefore,we design reasonable EMC measures.At this stage,the independent development of switching power charger has achieved the following functions.The initial stage is constant current charging.The current is 0.8A.The second stage is constant voltage charging and the voltage is 14.9V.The last stage is the floating stage and the voltage is 13.8V.The third stage is intelligent switching,and the system performance is safe and reliable.
