Because switching power supply has small size,light weight,high conversion efficiency,it is widely used in industrial and agricultural production.With the development of microelectronic technology,especially the development of full-controlled power electronic devices and automatic control theory,the switching power supply technology has been rapidly developed.With rapid development of economy,the demand of energy transformation is more and more highly,the conversion efficiency is one of the important performance indexes of switching power supply.The traditional hard-switching mode converter is gradually replaced by soft switching mode converter.The switching power supply will play a more and more important role in saving energy.Firstly,this paper studies Buck converter,so Buck converter consists of a full controlled power electronic devices,the converter operating in the continuous conduction hard switching mode,analysis of working principle of hard switching Buck converter mode.Full controlled power electronic devices existence switching loss during turn on and turn off,presence of turn on and turn off loss causes a decrease in the efficiency of switching converters,research on Buck switching converter input and output voltage transmission characteristics,through the simulation of hard switching principle of Buck converter working mode.Secondly,the hard switching mode Buck converter switching losses,using the passive components,such as inductors and capacitors to form a soft switch mode Buck converter topology,eliminate the loss of full controlled power electronic devices exist in the turn on and turn off.Analysis of zero current switching quasi resonant converters(ZCS QRC)principle,the design of resonant inductance and capacitance,select the full controlled power electronic devices and diodes,voltage transfer characteristic of quasi resonant converter is zero current switching.Analysis of the switching converter with zero current(ZCS PWM)principle,and design of the resonant inductance and capacitance,research and selection of switching devices,compares zero current switching advantages and disadvantages of quasi resonant converter.Zero voltage switching converter(ZVS PWM)is the use of auxiliary switch at the zero current switching tube zero voltage based on the main switch tube,selection principle and parameter analysis of switching converter with zero voltage.The correctness and effectiveness of the topology is verified by simulation in the realization of soft switching technology.Finally,the full bridge zero voltage switching converter(FB-ZVS-PWM)study,analysis of working principle of switch converter full bridge zero voltage,the phase shift control technology to research the various switching mode,on the creation of a zero voltage switching condition,a full zero voltage switching converter simulation model,verification of full bridge zero voltage switching converter to reduce the switching loss,improve the efficiency of the switching converter is effective.
