In recnet years,with the development of the technology of radio frequency energy collection,and the source of radio frequency energy is more and more abundant,which make it possible to use self-powered supply for the low power consumption of electronic equipment.The application of RF harvester improves to make the use of batteries which is not easy to replace wireless sensor nodes in some environment.This paper presents the RF signal collection system for nodes of low power supply,and analyzes each module of RF energy signal collection system.At the same time,this paper analyzes the various modules of the RF energy signal collection system,it compares and analyzes the different schemes,and integrates the best scheme into the design system of the RF energy signal collection.First of all,this paper introduces the overall structure and the basic principle of RF energy collecting system,and compares the differences between piezoelectric energy,solar energy and RF energy.Meanwhile it analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of micro energy harvester.Then,this paper introduces the circuit structure and the basic principle of the radio frequency energy collection system,which includes matching circuit,rectifier voltage circuit,reference voltage stabilizing circuit,and carries in ADS's simulation analysis.Finally,aiming at the low power node of the end of the Internet of things,the circuit is innovated based on the existing circuit,and the simulation analysis is carried out in ADS.In this paper,the core part of the RF signal collection system is proposed.It using the auxiliary transistor threshold voltage dynamically controlled rectifier circuit design chain,which reduces the threshold voltage of the transistor forward bias,increases the power and output voltage gain,and increases the threshold voltage of the reverse bias.It is aimed at reducing the leakage current,preventing the loss of capacitive energy storage and improving the conversion efficiency of the rectifying doubling circuit.In this paper,the design of RF energy signal conversion system includes T type matching circuit,12-stage adaptive voltage doubler rectifier circuit,ultra-low power reference voltage regulator circuit.And in the ADS for the RF energy collection system analysis module simulation analysis and overall simulation.Finally,it obtains the rectifying doubling circuit conversion efficiency in the-14dBm reached 35.3%,at the same time,the energy conversion time after 100ms,the output voltage is about 3.2V when the load for the power output 1M,the output voltage reached the working the range of low power node.
