Radio frequency(RF) energy harvesting(EH) is a hot research direction in recent years, and energy harvested efficiently in the space can be used in wearable devices, smart house, implantable chip, wireless charging, Internet of thing and other areas. Radio frequency energy harvesting in the field of Internet of things will be the future research direction, in the future of the Internet of things era, RF energy harvesting will be an important application. This paper is based on the research direction, and a complete design is given.This paper is designed in SMIC 0.18 ?m 1P4 M CMOS process, and the system core module includes high efficiency differential rectifier, bandgap reference, low dropout linear regulator. The design of the system is verified by simulation of Cadence and Hspice. The system designed in this paper is for the energy harvesting of the micro watt level. The power conversion efficiency of the rectifier in the system reflects energy harvesting ability, and it is critical to the design high efficiency power conversion efficiency rectifier, more importantly, how to improve rectifier power conversion efficiency is a significant part of this paper.The traditional differential rectifier is improved by body bias, the power conversion efficiency of the rectifier is increased by 2%, and the maximum rectification efficiency is achieved in the smaller input power. When the input power at a certain value, energy conversion efficiency of the rectifier is high, the load equivalent resistance is large, and the working frequency is low, finally, the high the efficiency is achieved.This paper from the energy harvesting research direction, the whole system after the rectifier is simulated with one resistor. When the input power at-12.5d Bm, working frequency at 953 MHz, the load impedance at 10 K?, the output voltage of the rectifier is 1.92 V, power conversion efficiency(PCE) of energy rectifier is 75.6%, and the maximum energy harvesting distance is 7.4 meters. When the load is the actual circuit, the input power at-10 d Bm, the operating frequency at 953 MHz, the output voltage of the rectifier is 14 m V, the voltage ripple is 1.8V, the output voltage is 1.2V, the voltage ripple is less than 1m V, the whole system power conversion efficiency is 14.2%, and the maximum range of system energy acquisition is 2.4 meters.
