Nowadays,the methods of tissue culture inoculation process mainly rely on artificial.In order to replace labor,a small number of enterprises began to develop robots.Because seedlings individual differences,the robots efficiency is low.Base on that background,the subject have designed the distributed management information system.This topic is designed to improve work efficiency of tissue culture inoculation process and improve the fusion degree of machines and processes.Through the distributed management information system,the topic has achieved remote management and normally data transport between system and database.The distributed management information system established evaluation system of mechanical operation adaptability based on back propagation.The system evaluates the seedlings to get excellent culture conditions of seedling,so that established the mathematical model of seedling growth.Through used the mathematical model,the seedling individual differences was reduced,in addition,the adaptability and the fusion degree have improved.So as to improve the efficiency of inoculation of tissue culture seedlings.The main contents as follows:1 Establish the management information system platform.Analyze the working condition of potato tissue culture vaccination robot,and combined with the internet and WAMP(Windows+Apache+My SQL+PHP)tool,constructing the management information system operation platform with distributed system architecture.2 Design and Implementation of the management information system.Design database for data.The management information system is divided into 16 modules such as warehousing,recording and setting out of seedling,Data transmission between system and database can be realized.3 In this paper,potato tissue culture seedlings was as the experimental object,and measure the relevant parameters of plant height,stem diameter,internode's length and the number of internodes required to meet the requirements.Combined with the relevant test,the system establishes evaluation criteria of adaptability of mechanical work.4 Establish the evaluation system.The topic improved the standard BP neural network,such as limit transfer function and cumulative error method.And the plant height,stem diameter,the number of internodes required to meet the requirements as the evaluation conditions.The suitable for mechanical work as the evaluation index,as a result,get the evaluation system.200 tissue culture seedlings were selected as the test samples to test the evaluation system.The results are compared with the established evaluation criteria to evaluate the accuracy of the evaluation system,as a result,the evaluation system correct rate is 99%.Embed the evaluation system into the system so that improve the management information system.
