With the development of communication technology,the telecommunication network,the cable television network and the computer network have penetrated into each other,been compatible with each other and integrated into a unified information communication network.The rich bandwidths provided by 4G,4.5G and 5G for deployment bring multimedia interaction and its value-added business a huge market.Video playback system is transformed from the traditional television broadcasting system to live video-on-demand that is widely used and has fast information dissemination,uninterrupted access to information and dramatic experience.the communications industry that is derived from the technical innovation not only gradually changes the business model,but also changes the people's behavior patterns.Video broadcast which bases on mobile Internet has become the main battlefield of traffic interaction.All kinds of video applications are springing up in many application platforms.Bus-oriented scene,as a typical market,has characteristics of large volume and close Internet connection.This paper has researched and analyzed cloud broadcast-based video broadcast system under urban bus scene.Firstly,it overviews radio&television system and mobile video broadcast and introduces technical principles of streaming media transmission.Based on the transmission of streaming media,it designs cloud broadcast-based video broadcast application;secondly,resources deployment analysis of the application is carried out.It analyzes vehicle market of the bus scene.Based on the estimation of the amount of urban buses,the resources deployment model is established.In this model,the bandwidth resources estimation function is introduced.According to the topology and network and the idea of grid computing,it derives a deployment planning solution for edge CDN.Thirdly,based on the study of cloud broadcasting and PSO algorithm,an improved PSO algorithm is proposed.This algorithm proposes an adaptive weight calculation method and a rich population for particle reform.Under the cloudim simulation,it is more efficient than the standard PSO algorithm.Finally,under the mobile circumstance,performance of streaming was undergone OPNET simulation analysis.In the simulation analysis,it analyzes impact of distance,handover,moving speed,video transmission rate and encoding on packet loss rate and the delay of streaming transmission.It proposes recommendations for performance upgrading based on the analysis.
