With the rising of Internet and E-commerce recent years,massive logistics demands is a great challenge to the logistics enterprises,and the operation mode of the traditional logistic enterprise warehouse has bean unable to adapt to the huge demand for logistics orders.In order to solve these problem,the United State e-commerce company Amazon developed a smart warehouse robot system Kiva,and it's stable and efficient operation of the scene has profoundly changed people's traditional understanding of the logistics industry.In the future,the intelligent warehouse with the intelligent robots as the core part will completely subvert the current pattern of the logistics industry.This paper studies the core part of warehouse intelligent robot system – the robot scheduling system,and it can be developed into four parts.First,the development of intelligent warehouse and related technologies;Second,the robot scheduling algorithm.In the third part,the design of the scheme of the scheduling system based on the reasearch of the algorithm is proposed.Finally,the final implementation and verification results of the system are illustrated.This article has made innovative work in the following aspects:1,The paper studies the shortage of the traditional path search algorithm in robot scheduling field,analyzes and improves the valuation function of heuristic path search.The improved algorithm will significantly improve the efficiency of the robot task.2,The paper studies the problems of conflict in mulit-robots path scheduling,the scene of conflict and its solution.A multi-robots path planning algorithm based on the time-window is proposed.3,Aiming at the path correction and orientation problem on RFID geographic information based navigation,a two-color blocks vision conrrection and directional schema is proposed.4,The integration of enterprise existing operational programs is taken into consideration when we design the scheduling system.The robot task scheduling system and warehouse information management system is combined.The warehouse robot scheduling system is implemented and tested at the end of the paper,the results show that the system can schedule various robot tasks efficiently meanwhile stably.The research has practical value to help enterprise building intelligent warehouse system and improving production efficiency.
