In recent years,with the rapidly development of internet industry,especially under the promote of cloud computing,big data and IOT technology,the way of people's lives have earth-shaking changed,also with the way people manufacture,a new term of industry revolution is coming.Some concepts have been raised,like Cyber-Physical system(CPS),Intelligent Manufacturing,give people new mentality on industry development.The governments and research institutions around the world have formulated related policies and plans,invested a lot of manpower and material resources to explore and research,in order to gain the initiative in industrial manufacturing in the future.This paper analyze the characteristics of industrial big data and CPS,explain the constitution of CPS in detail,and on the basis of the predecessors of the CPS structure research,propose base on Service-Oriented Architecture(SOA)of three layer structure for industrial Big-Data oriented Cyber-Physical system(IBDO-CPS)architecture.In chapter 3,design and implement industrial Big-Data oriented Cyber-Physical system perception and control layer in hardware and software angles.First analyze the typical structure of CPS node,then base on the requirement of industrial production scene,propose structure design of industrial Big-Data oriented perception and executive layer,design and implement each modules with experiments to test and verify.Chapter 4 design and implement the second lay of industrial Big-Data oriented Cyber-Physical system which called communication layer.In the first place design the structure of the layer.Then based on its function offering the implementation of four layers as follows:data analysis module,local SD storage module,cellular network real time data transmission module.Each module would be tested at the end of the chapter.Application layer is responsible for the implementation of main business logical and offer comfortable UI.In chapter 5,we treat Liquefied Natural Gas(LNG)monitor and control project as the business logical of application layer,validate and furnish the system in real industrial environment.In this paper,the main work and innovation are as follows:(1)The practice of Cyber-Physical system in industrial big data,expand the research of CPS in intelligent manufacture area,complete the theory research results into the process of economic benefits.(2)Provide SaaS service for enterprise,whose attention may only focus on the implement of business logical,instead of the developing low level software or hardware,in the way should saving a lot of spending.(3)Use PCU(Perception Control Unit)+RTU(Remote Terminal Unit)instead of traditional PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)+DTU(Data Transfer Unit),which can shrink the shape and cut the cost.(4)Since the universality of the system,its reliability and security should be verified in plenty of industrial manufacture.Effective in reducing the probability of occurrence of accident.
