Breast is one of the important features for the female formal beauty,and rudimentary breast or breast size reduction caused by some acquired factors brings physical and psychological trouble to patients.Therefore,in order to meet the needs of women's beauty,the breast augmentation surgery was nurtured and developed,which shapes a more plentiful upright breasts to achieve the purpose of enhancing the beauty of female breast shape by means of surgery.In clinical surgery,the views on the formal beauty between doctors and patients frequently can not reach an agreement,the breast shapes after breast augmentation surgery mostly are predicted based on the doctor's clinical experience.A new prediction method was explored in the field of breast augmentation via reverse analysis of human breasts,that is,personalized breast deformation effects are established with the use of three-dimensional modeling and mechanical analysis,which are presented directly in front of doctors and patients to develop the optimal surgical plan for patients.The main purpose of this paper is to establish a finite element model of breast and silicone prosthesis,and to study the breast deformation change under different postures,so as to provide a reference for clinical breast augmentation surgery.Three-dimensional finite element models of individual breast complex tissues were established by combining the software of Mimics,Geomagic Studio and ANSYS with normal breast MRI image data.The breast model was subjected to different directions of gravity,the material parameters of the breast under normal circumstances were set,and the deformation of the main tissues of the breast were analyzed in different positions.In this paper,the effects of both anatomical silicone and round silicone gel implant in the breast morphology were also simulated in the breast in the case of the human postural changes.Finally,the deformation of the two types of implants in the breast was compared.This research can be a better interpretation on the process and mechanism of changes of mammary morphology in different postures,meanwhile,theoretical and data reference was provided for the preoperative prediction of clinical breast augmentation surgery...
