Nowadays,more and more electronic equipments have been used to store,process and send messages containing confidential or private information.With the development of microelectronics technology and manufacturing process scaling,physical attack methods like FIB brings about information security challenges.As the foundation of hardware security,chip security plays an important role in the information security field.As a result,the research of anti-attack technique is of great significance in terms of practicality.This thesis presents some known non-invasive,semi-invasive and invasive attack techniques and countermeasures.A tamper resistant detecting technique applied in high security chips is presented.The method utilize the topmost layer to monitor attack behaviors in real time,which prevents the key information stored in circuits from being stolen.An optimized algorithm for generating a random hamiltonian path of the layout in VLSI circuits is proposed.Using this algorithm,a highly disordered topology can be generated in a short time.The proposed method can increase the time and cost for the invasive attacks and improve the physical defense ability.In addition,some key components of security chip like active shield detection module,data destruction module and analog-digital converter module(14-bit three-segment SAR ADC)are also presented.
