Microelectronics technology promotes social development,helps to enhance the efficiency in people’s study and work,and making people communication more con-venient.On the other side,because human society is highly dependent on information technology and electronics,people should pay more attention to chip information secu-rity.Secure Integrated Circuit(IC)is a critical means in the security field and is widely used in the information industry.However,Secure IC is facing the threat of physical attack.And the method of the physical attack is becoming more and more complication.As a result,research of the anti-attack technique is of great importance to the social and individual.This thesis carries out research on Secure IC’s Active Shield(AS)how to anti-physical attack.Firstly,An anti-reroute attack technique can be used in multi-channel digital AS is presented.The method makes data in the channels dynamically changing by using a kind of reconfigurable node circuit,and encrypts the data in nodes by using a stream encryption algorithm,which achieves the goal of ensuring data security.Sec-ondly,this thesis design a True Random Number Generator(TRNG)to getting random seed by using time-division multiplexing on AS and reconfigurable nodes’structure,which reducing resource consumption.Finally,this thesis design a circuit to ensure the AS,which has the collecting state and checking state working correctly.The experimental results show that the reconfigurable node in this thesis only needs4395μm~2using SMIC 0.18μm process technology.The insertion of reconfigurable nodes only increases the power consumption by 0.4%.The maximum failure area of the AS is 80%smaller than before.Random bit stream generated using true random number seeds passed NIST SP800-22 tests.The design circuit has the advantages of small resources stake and low power consumption.And it can be combined with a multi-channel AS to provide a higher level of security protection for the chip.
