Design And Implementation Of Heart Catheter Room Information System In Military Hospital

Surgery is an important means of hospital treatment,the operating room is the indispensable composition of hospital management.Heart conduit room information system is an operating management system which is to meet the demand of clinical research,that is an extension of the hospital information system.This paper elaborates the development of hospital information system,simply introduces the relating technology and standards,detailedly research the demand of different levels,determine the project goals of military hospital heart conduit room information system.Through the demand analysis,general design and detailed design,this paper determines a system solution which combine using the Oracle database,C#,C/S structure and B/S structure.Depending on the Web service technology,HL7,DICOM standard the system implements the interaction with the information of surgery,consumables and billing information.The system completes the entire record of operation cycle and read the surgery image in real time.Establishing secondary library specialized manages the high value material,detailed recording postoperative follow-up information to improve patient records.Combined with clinical actual demand,the system can implement the whole process management of operation,strengthen archiving and using of surgery image,standard the management of high value material,record the patient follow-up information.Based on the combination of information technology and medical work process,strengthening the management of conduit room that provides convenience for scientific research and teaching to improve the efficiency of clinical and build a digital conduit room.
