As the political and economic center,Beijing has played a significant role in ensuring the implementation of the national policy and society as a whole fund.However,the existing Beijing Automatic Payment System could not provide full-time around the clock service limited by the performance period and the restriction of capital turnover,as well as unsatisfied the requirement of emergency funds such as policy funds,earthquake relief and funds allocation among banks.It is urgent to increase fund settlement channels which conform to the finance characteristic of Beijing.For this purpose,People's Bank of China Beijing Branch decided to establish the local liquidation system to fulfill the needs of flexibility,safe,convenience and high efficient payment.For this reason,our company decided to build unique featured MBFE(Merchant Bank Front End)which relies on the theory of unique payment platform under the demand of People's Bank of China Beijing Branch.This platform could realize seamless connection between existing business system and Beijing Automatic Payment System.The main function of this system include: payment and settlement,public payment and query management.Technically,this system is based on SOA loose coupling structure,customized configuration of component development management mode.Based on modular design,this system is very convenient in extending,upgrading,deploying and maintenance.Therefore the transactions could be easily developed in this platform with high stability.Furthermore,with the abundant standard component library and simplification of transaction development process,this system could be compatible with all kinds of communication methods among our company.This research has discussed MBFE creatively in the following aspects:1.Analyzed the difference between the existing payment system and MBFE;Normalized the routine working standard of MBFE;Elaborated thethought of design and realization of corresponding function module.2.Summarized and analyzed the key point of the payment and liquidationprocess,such as database design,logical architecture,topology ofnetworks,datagram transform design etc.3.This design is based on the payment platform theory,which has fullyconsidered the reliability,multiple datagram format,secondarydevelopment and flexibility etc.in technical level.It could also providesome practical evidence for the development of genuine unique paymentsystem as reference.
