| In this paper,a permanent magnet synchronous motor speed control is achieved using dedicated motor control core STM32F103ZET6 for the controller,the Cortex-M3 core,and the vector control frequency control devices.In controlling AC motors,the motor current sampling is a very important part.In low-cost applications,in order to reduce costs and the volume,single resistor current sampling and phase current reconstruction process according to the relationship between bus current and motor phase currents has a great advantage.The main purpose of this paper is to solve the technical problem of reconstructing three-phase current using a single resistor current sampling.When the voltage vector falls into the low modulation area and basic vector transition zone,there will be a problem of short duration voltage vector that is insufficient for current sampling.In the analysis of the phase current reconstruction on the basis of the fundamental principles the method of trimming the PWM signal by translating the bridge arm switch state waveforms proposed.This method does not increase the switching loss power devices,but also meet the requirements of the smallest non-zero voltage space vector action time.In addition,this paper has used the FOC(Field Oriented Control)technology for permanent magnet synchronous motor closed-loop control in order to achieve the AC permanent magnet synchronous motor control.To summarize,the main work of this paper has the following aspects:By reading a large number of domestic and overseas data,the systematic study of permanent magnet synchronous motor knowledge is gained.The mathematical model in dq rotating coordinate system Clark and park basis vector coordinate transformation rules is drawn.An in-depth analysis of the permanent magnet synchronous motor SVPWM modulation control system works based on vector control technology for permanent magnet synchronous motor speed control system is given.This article focuses on the hardware and software design under a single resistor current sampling PMSM Vector Control System.Detailed introduction to STM32F103ZET6 as the control center of the control circuit,a three-phase inverter circuit,design and implementation of the current detection circuit are provided.Elaborated system software design ideas,including the overall framework of the software system,the system main program,each task system module design and current sampling software design is conducted.Finally,experiments has demonstrated the correctness and reliability of the design of the permanent magnet synchronous motor control scheme. |
