After decades of development,China's marine observation technology already has a certain scale.It is playing an increasingly important role in China disaster prevention and mitigation,development and utilization of marine resources,marine scientific research and military construction.Systematic observation of the marine environment has become an urgent requirement of marine construction.Thesis research on ocean observing network system,the key technology issues and present during the analysis of the marine network construction,basic research in database systems research,learning and well OPC component development technology,and complete ocean observing networks based OPC pattern design system and the real-time database design.And through the implementation of the marine network performance testing and analysis of the design.The main work is as follows.Real-time data management system is the traditional database technology combines real-time data processing technologies used to produce the database management approach that access to reliable mass data storage and data have better performance.By studying the basic database theory and related technology,Thesis design and implementation the real-time data storage systems with better performance,and by studying real-time database system and improve priority-based scheduling algorithm affairs and applied ocean observation field testing.Test results show that distributed data management and improved transaction scheduling algorithm can significantly improve the performance of the network.OPC standardized communication technology for industrial control and information transmission technology integration,through the development of OPC-based components,it is possible to ignore the differences between the various devices for information exchange between the host computer hardware and provide a unified communication interface.In this paper,through the OPC standard research,learning and experimentation based on COM component development,complete the designation and development of OPC-based client and server-side components of the module.And applied ocean observing network,the marine observation equipment have more choices on the selection,reduce the cost of integration monitoring system,easy to upgrade and maintain the system.This papers based on the National Fund Project "Ocean Dynamic Environment Observation Equipment Comprehensive Test Platform for Technology Research and Demonstration." The main work of the ocean observing network integration complete information control platform include: real-time data management system designed to improve transaction scheduling algorithm to achieve higher performance for large amounts of data information stored queries;the development of OPC-based control centers and monitoring equipment to achieve the communication interface information interaction;Completed the ocean observing network platform design,implemented the creation of observation network database system monitoring data collection and updating of information;achieved the transfer operation monitoring information based on OPC technology,and eventually show information in the monitoring platform.Meanwhile,the design is completed automated data updates modules based on python,realized Web monitoring data display.
