For a long time,researchers have committed to develop rapid and reliable detection methods in place of existing laboratory-based tests.Biosensors for real time detection shouldbe fast,reliable,simple,efficient,and detect target analyte with low concentrations.According to the antibody-antigen bond derived from the immune response,the bond-rupture biosensor is proposed to differentiate biomolecules such as bacteria or virus.It can be widely used for disease diagnosis,drug discovery,and scientific research.Additional applications include environmental,food,and agricultural monitoring.Bond-rupture is a label-free method requiring no pre-processing of the analyte,which can provide both qualitative results and quantitative results.The main merits of the bond-rupture method are quick,simple,and capable of discriminating between specific and non-specific bonds.QCM is a mass sensor with high sensitivity.It has been widely utilized in the field of biological research based on its simple structure,convenience,low cost and high measuring accuracy.Based on the quality sensitive effect and bond-rupture method,the detecting system for bond-rupture biosensor is designed to achieve quantitative and qualitative detection of biological molecules.It selects FPGA as core of the hardware circuit,and combines with direct digital synthesis(DDS),impedance matching and frequency mixing techniques,which is used for stimulating QCM and bond-rupture scanning.The software platform based on MFC is designed for acquisition and processing of the response data.To achieve the data interactions between hardware and software platform,the communication package via USB is proposed.Besides,the simultaneous multi-threading technology is used for parallel processing of multiple tasks.In the performance tests,the system's functions including frequency scanning and bond-rupture scanning are verified by using standard crystal oscillator and QCM.
