With the progress of science and technology,the aerospace field effects on the social and economic development will be more significant,the demand of aerospace field is growing everyday,which also contributed to the field of aeronautics and astronautics detecting mission.So,how to make detection scheme more efficient and faster and how to intuitively feel the reliability and enforceability of the detection schemes have become important problems which need to be solved.This thesis adopted the modular design method of software,designed and realized the near space detecting mission planning system,which was based on the general software development platform Qt.The main works are as follows:1.The system was divided into the detecting task management module,the detecting scheme module and the effiency analysis module of detecting scheme which was based on the demand analysis of the near space mission planning system.This paper also did further research work of the system and finished the related system design.2.This thesis focused on the detecting target configuration sub-module and the detecting scheme production sub-module which were in the detecting scheme module.In the detecting target configuration sub-module,geometric models of aerial target and ballistic target was built to realized the track estimate of detecting targets.In the detecting scheme production sub-module,a solution was presented to solve the problem how to config the detecting devices which was based on greedy algorithm thought.That would help to realize the production of detecting scheme.3.The performance indicators of detection were deeply analyzed and discussed in the effiency analysis module of detecting scheme,and the thought of data visualization for designing scheme was used to display the performance data intuitively.That would improve the versatility and the readibility of the performance data of detecting scheme.4.The relevant functions testing are shown at the end of the paper whose indicators achieved the expected goals.That proved the practicability of this system.
