With the "Internet +" to promote,the Internet technology boom once again.However,the countries in the world all have different degrees of communication underdeveloped areas,how to reduce "digital gap" between urban and rural effectively is one of the problems to be solved.However,this phenomenon provides ample space for the development of mobile delay tolerant network.The"storage-carry-forward" communication mode does not need the support of the infrastructure,and it can effectively compensate for the shortage of operator's network coverage.At the same time,the communication equipment is developing to the mobility and portability,and the requirement of storage capacity is also increasing.The lack of buffer space will lead to the increase of packet loss rate,which will affect the communication quality and performance of the whole network.However,the cache space is always limited,how to efficiently manage the limited cache space is the focus of the study.At present,many cache strategies have achieved results,but the"user interest" is often easily overlooked by the researchers.In real life,people tend to save their favorite pictures,music,movies,etc.,rather than spend storage resources to store some information that are not interested in or irrelevant.Based on this phenomenon,we believe that the user interest is one of the factors that cannot be ignored in the design of caching strategy.Based on the research of caching technology of mobile delay network,caching technology of content center network and the combination of the two,and taking into account the above situation,this paper proposed node cache technology IBCS,the user interest as the main metric to decide whether or not to cache.In addition,according to the concept of content demand degree,the interest is judged by the content name matching.For any node in the network,it decides whether to cache a content item according to their own interests,besides,the nodes are divided into two parts,high active nodes and low active nodes.When the node buffer is full and a new content arrives,different types of nodes are using different schemes for cache replacement.Finally,the cache technology is implemented on the ONE simulation platform.Through the experiment analysis and comparison under the real data set and the whole simulation data set,we found that the IBCS(Interest Based Cache Strategy)proposed in this paper is the best in all aspects of network performance under the same network environment.
