With the rapid development of wireless communications and Internet technology, wireless networks have gradually extended to the scenarios which have more variable topology and worse channels, such as interstellar communication, pocket-switched networks, social networks and in-car networks. The common feature for these networks is that the stable end-to-end communication links can’t be guaranteed. To these scenarios, delay tolerant network is the best solution, which sacrifices the transmission delay to get better delivery rate of the network. It utilizes mobility of nodes and is realized by "storage-carrying-forwarding" method.In recent years, the development of related disciplines has pushed the research on key technology of delay tolerant network to a new level. The study on social networks have made more researchers to recognize that communication nodes are often carried by self-conscious person, therefore they usually have a variety of social attributes. The continuous development of complex networks and mobile social networks also allow researchers to observe the effect of social relationships between network nodes on network performance from a new view; emergence of data mining and semantic web technologies can visually analyze the potential properties of data content. From the introduction of these technologies, delay tolerant network with social attributes has become the hot and difficult subject for five years.This research studies the effect of content on traditional delay tolerant network. Studying from the traditional delay tolerant network routing protocols, firstly, analyze the advantages and disadvantages of Epidemic routing, spraying routing and PROPHET routing in the network scenario with social attributes by building a proper social network scenarios, provides a solid theoretical foundation for the following analysis. Secondly, learning from IOT architecture, this research proposed content-centric delay tolerant network architecture, and strive to come up with a unified, scalable network architecture to achieve better integration of the two technologies.Finally, based on the network architecture above, this research proposed the delay tolerant network routing protocols under the content-centric publish-subscribe architecture based on the introduction of the similarity of nodes, the similarity of message and the awareness of nodes on the message Besides complete the simulation and performance analysis.
