The Research On Virtual Currency Based Incentive Strategy For Content Distribution In Mobile Delay Tolerant Network

Mobile Delay Tolerant Network(MDTN)is a new type of network developed from Delay Tolerant Network(DTN),which is characterized by strong mobility,long delay and low data transmission rate,using "Storage-Carry-Forward" routing pattern to forward data.Introducing content distribution technology into MDTN can make the nodes get nearby content resources,which can reduce the transmission delay and improve the network performance.However,in order to save their own limited resources such as energy,caching,and CPU,etc.,nodes are reluctant to forwarding data for other nodes.At present,existing studies have shown that this selfish behavior of nodes leads to the decline of the transfer rate of data,which has a serious impact on the performance of the network.In order to solve this problem and improve the collaborative between nodes,this paper proposes a kind of Virtual Currency Based Incentive Strategy(VCBIS).The main idea of this strategy is that the nodes need to pay a certain virtual money for the content resources got from network.And the nodes that forward data for others can get the monetary reward provided by the network system.In order to earn virtual currency,nodes will be actively involved in data forwarding.At the same time,in order to resist the various attacks initiated by the malicious nodes on the incentive strategy,we also introduced the signature encryption technology in Cryptography to improve the security of the network.Finally,we analyze the problem of node budget,validity,security and feasibility.And use the ONE simulation tool to carry out the simulation experiments under the real data sets.The simulation results show that the selfish behavior of the nodes can reduce the performance of the network,and the strategy can improve the transmission rate of data,reduce the network delay and eventually improve the performance of network.
