Nitrite is a common food additive.Once human body adsorbs a certain amount of nitrite,the hemoglobin in human body will be combined with nitrite,leading to hypoxia even death.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a rapid and efficient method to detect the content of nitrite.Currently,there are various methods to detect nitrite in food.Electrochemical analysis has been widely used for rapid determination of nitrite on account of its high sensitivity,high selectivity,low limit of detection,simple operation and time-saving process.In this paper,we introduced our work on innovative preparation of a highly sensitive and selective nitrite electrochemical sensor,which effectively integrates the good catalytic activity of Ag with the large specific surface area,high electrical conductivity and good catalytic activity of graphene.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.An electrochemical sensor based on Ag/rGO composite-glassy carbon electrode was fabricated and electrochemical performance of the fabricated sensor for nitrite detection was further evaluated.It can be concluded that the as-prepared sensor has a good electrocatalytic effect on the detection of nitrite.The electrochemical sensor can be used for rapid detection of nitrite with a wide range of 20~1030 ?M and the low detection limit of 1.5×10-8 M.Finally,the electrochemical sensor was applied to the detection of nitrite in pure water,and the recovery was 92.4% ~ 109.6%,showing that the sensor has good stability and reproducibility.2.An electrochemical sensor based on Ag/rGO disposable screen printing electrode was fabricated for the rapid detection of nitrite.The detection range is 20 ~ 100 ?M and the detection limit is 7.9 × 10-8 M.Finally,this electrochemical sensor was applied for the detection of nitrite in pure water.The recoveries of the samples were 88% ~ 112%.
