Design And Implementation Of A Flexible Electric Charge Reminder Assistant System With Electronic Bills

With the development of communication and information technologies,it is able to achieve electricity informing effective timely and detailed by improving electricity informed manner and adopting advanced means actively.It allows customers to know their consumers,which is helpful to improve the bill recovery and achieve high quality of service.Under this background and requirements,Ninghai Power Supply Company puts forward the "flexible electric charge reminder assistant system" project.The main idea of the project is that according to the different requirements of different customers,a variety of electronic bills and different way of notification will be used,which is help to effectively resolve contradiction of the tariff recovery and quality services,and to achieve “no-power-cut-off” fee reminder.The main work of this paper is design and development of the flexible electric charge reminder system based on electrical bills.The information sources of the customers and the electric bills from the marketing system which we are applying.As an assistant of the marketing system,the purpose of this system is to notice and urge the customers to pay the bills.The business functions of this system includes access to data sources,generation and management of electronic bills,delivery of the electrical bills with different way for different customers.This paper mainly discusses the process of software development,including requirements analysis,system design,system implementation and system function test.During the requirement analysis stage,we consider the characteristics of current electricity reminder methods,advantages and disadvantages,commonly used electronic bills,and the demands of different customers.Based on these analysis,combining with our purpose of flexible bill remainder,we construct the whole scheme of this project,including both development of the software system,and the deployment and application of this software system.We analyze the feasibility of this scheme carefully.According to the experience of the operation of the marketing system,we make the target and the evaluation criteria of the implementation of the system.After that,according to the requirements of software system,we analyze the business process and functional requirements of software system,and give the use case analysis to define the edge of the system.During the system design stage,we firstly design the architecture of the system,and divides the whole system to several layers,including communication layer,user interface layer,business logic layer,persistence layer and database layer.The function modules with function details in the business logic layer are designed;Secondly,we give the detailed design of the system,including the system interface,sequence analysis,structure of the software,class design and the data model.During the implement stage,we give the structure of the code files,and give the details of implementation of the various business functions,including snapshot of the operation of the business function modules,and the key parts of the program flow charts or partitions of the code.During the testing stage,we design the function test cases,and carried on the black box test with few data synchronized from marketing system.The testing results prove the correctness of the system functions.At present,the system has entered the trial operation stage.
