With the Internet technology rapid development,the industrial production more and more intelligent,informatization.In traditional optical cable manufacturing needs a large number of operators,so need to consume a large amount of manpower and cost.Decorate sensors node in the cable manufacturing make acquisition data is more and more convenient and efficient.The Optical cable manufacturing monitoring system of data collection,integration and processing and so on,they are established on the basis of time synchronization,so the time synchronization is an important technical support.Due to the cable manufacturing is conducted in indoor,mature GPS cannot accurate access to global standard UTC time.Classic time synchronization algorithm in the interior of sensor network time synchronization are possible,but the classic algorithm with the network nodes will increase the network burden,the error accumulation is not applied in the complex fiber optic cable manufacturing network,so this article puts forward the mobile linear frequency different pulse coupled oscillator algorithm.Paper main research content is as follows:Introduced the present situation and development cable manufacture environment using wireless sensor network,key technical support,in which the key of time synchronization technology and time synchronization problems.Analyzed Wireless sensor network time synchronization principle and some classic time synchronization algorithm,due to the shortcomings of classical time synchronization algorithm,so put forward the Pulse coupled oscillator algorithm(PCOs).Through analysis of PCOs algorithm,due to the PCOs algorithm model is a nonlinear so that increased the burden of network,thus linear pulse coupled oscillator algorithm is put forward.Because each sensor in the WSN crystal frequency is not the same and crystals temperature drift phenomenon over time,using the least squares curve fitting(LSCF)can effectively solve the problem to improve synchronization time accuracy.For all-round monitoring network environment,and puts forward mobile linear different frequency PCOs algorithm.Finally through Matlab software simulation can achieve synchronization,and compares the network parameters in the relative range of the speed,the strength of coupling,node with synchronization time are proportional convergence.In the hardware system mainly adopts STM32F051 embedded chip as the control center and CC2530 development kit as the sensor node hardware design;IAR applied in the software system for programming design program.Through the verification,this paper design the algorithm can make the time synchronization error values between network nodes in[0,10]us interval,indicated that the network node can effectively achieve synchronization time.In concluded that the mobile linear different frequency PCOs algorithm is applied to the network more effectively solve the problem of wireless sensor network time synchronization in the fiber optic cable manufacturing.
