There are strong electromagnetic fields around the microwave,and thermocouple and other traditional temperature sensor is made of metal materials,so in the microwave field using the traditional temperature sensor for temperature measurement,the measurement results will be affected.The fiber optic temperature sensor conducts optical signal,can effectively avoid the electromagnetic interference,therefore,it has a good application prospect in the temperature measurement of the microwave field.By reading the literatures and understanding the fiber temperature measurement technology,the fluorescent fiber temperature measurement system is designed with the fluorescent fiber as the temperature sensor to realize the temperature measurement in the microwave field,A series of theoretical analysis and experimental study are conducted to improve the sensitivity,temperature range and accuracy of the measurement system.A fluorescent fiber temperature measurement system is designed,which is C8051F060 microcontroller as the core,and the system hardware circuit structure has been completed.The spectral characteristics of the fluorescent materials were analyzed theoretically,and the spectral experiment is carried out by using the spectrometer,then the spectrums of the selected fluorescent materials are analyzed and compared from the two aspects of peak wavelength and relative luminous intensity.Based on the principle of fluorescence lifetime,it is studied that the thermo-sensitive properties of the fluorescent materials with strong relative luminous intensity in the spectral experiment.The thermo-sensitive characteristic curves are obtained,which provide the theoretical basis for the selection of the thermo-sensitive materials,and convenient to improve the system sensitivity and temperature range.It is established that the data processing model of the least squares fitting method,FFT fitting method and integral area ratio method,then three algorithms are deduced theoretically,and simulated and compared by using the host computer programs written in VC++6.0.It is comprehended that the advantages and disadvantages of the three algorithms,which beneficial to improve the temperature accuracy of the system.
