Design And Implementation Of Office System For Shipping Company

Large ocean-going shipping companieswould have a very alarming scale andgo around the world under normal circumstances.In order to make the shipping company has a more effective management,If let the company have a greater development in the future,we must introduce shipping management system,and It isan essential management tool and also it provides a strongguaranteefor the sustainable development of the company’s high speed.With the rapid development of shipbuilding industry in our country,shipping companies have developed rapidly,and some companies have even become well-known international companies.However,the development trend of some shipping companies is worrying,and the lack of shipping management system has made these enterprises face a serious bottleneck.In order to solve the bottleneck problem better,this paper focuses on developing a set of office management information system suitable for shipping enterprises.First of all,this paper expounds the research background and significance of this research project,and then briefly introduces the related technical basis of the system.Thirdly,this paper presents the design goals of the shipping office system,and analyzes its business requirements,and confirms the business process and use case description of the shipping enterprise office system.Then,in the shipping enterprise office system design process,this paper respectively on the office system function module design and database design is simply explained.Among them,the function module design of the office system includes file management function module and other function modules.Then,in the shipping enterprise office system analysis and design on the basis of this paper,a detailed description of the implementation,in the application of B/S architecture and Ajax technology were based on detailed design of each module,to achieve the various functions of the encoding shipping enterprise office automation system.Finally,the paper summarizes the research of this paper,pointing out the shortcomings of the thesis and further research directions.
