With the implementation of “green-lean manufacturing”,enterprise energy integrated management has become increasingly an important part of the intelligent plant.Rare materials processing enterprises,as a large energy consumption industry,enhancing energy management and improving the efficiency of energy utilization is very important.The construction and application of enterprise energy integrated management systemcan realize real-time monitoring,statistic analysis,dynamic prediction and integrated management of energy data.It has a great of significance for promoting energy conservation and improving management ability.In this paper,we take a western rare materials science and technology company as the object.Analyzing its production process,equipment and characteristics to determine the requirements of energy monitoring and management.And an integrated energy management system for rare materials processing enterprises based on the three-layer architecture of IoT is proposed,which constructs the system from energy monitoring,network transmission and integrated management.On the hardware,using energy meters,intelligent gateway and network camera to form energy monitoring subsystem,using Ethernet and optical fiber ring network constitute transmission network subsystem and industrial PC and server constitute integrated management subsystem.On the software,through using ForceControl v7.0,data acquisition interface drivers and SQL Server 2005 database based on B/S architecture to development enterprise integrated energy management application software.Besides,appling BP neural network to build power prediction model,and embed program which write by C mixed with MATLAB into energy management application software for monitor enterprise energy,energy-consuming equipment status,predict electricity demand and analyze enterprise energy consumption efficiency.Practical application results show that the enterprise energy management system has an important role for production energy consumption monitoring,equipment energy consumption management,energy data statistical analysis,energy prediction,and production optimization arrangement in rare metal processing enterprises.The energy management system help the company reduce comprehensive energy consumption per unit output by 1.4 percent and power consumption per unit output by 2.3 percent,and saved electricity cost 290 yuan ton/per.Therefor this research has certain application value for energy-saving and promoting enterprise practice green-lean manufacturing in rare metal processing enterprises.
