The foundation pit plays an important part of the construction project.With the deep foundation pit construction scale continuing to expand,the accident caused by the construction of the foundation pit is increasing year by year which leads to research the safety prevention of foundation pit construction and variation of foundation pit.Based on the safety prevention of foundation pit construction and research of geological change of foundation pit,the real-time auto monitor device of foundation pit is designed to reduce the foundation pit accidents caused by the uncertain operation of the manual operation.Based on the construction regulation of foundation pit,combing with the research of ground pit monitoring and the problems to be solved recently,the following works were completed:1)The technical route of the monitoring and alarming of the subject is established by analyzing the safety prevention of foundation pit construction and geological related literature in foundation pit engineering and combining with the construction regulation of foundation pit.2)The relevant sensor technology and engineering applications are discussed by combing with the technical specifications of foundation pit in this paper.3)According to the system program and sensor,the relevant hardware circuit is designed and completed.4)According to the specification for foundation pit measurement and engineering application requirements,the system program and digital filtering algorithm are designed.5)According to the national standard of signal lamp,the optical alarm device based on the LED and its related mechanical construction are designed in this paper combining the characteristics of the foundation pit and design requirements.6)According to monitoring data,multiple data fusion decision model is selected and its related model is designed in order to avoid inconsistent alarming in the process of gang tuning.And that algorithm can get accurate and reliable alarm signal eventually.And the reliability of the data fusion is verified through the field measurements.Conclusion:This device has been tested in a substation pit in Xi'an with purpose of monitoring deformation quantity in real time.And the results show that the device can effectively realize the function of monitoring and alarming to foundation pit and further promote the development of foundation pit monitoring technology by this study.
