With the advent of the era of "artificial intelligence",the robot has an urgent need for autonomous navigation and positioning technology,the indoor positioning scenes of the industry for personnel,vehicles are increasing,the accuracy requirements of indoor positioning also continued to increase.In order to meet the different needs of the academic and engineering fields,a number of positioning technologies,such as Bluetooth,wireless WIFI,GPS,Ultra Wide Band,are developed,these techniques differ greatly in suitable rang,the positioning accuracy etc.Among them,in the field of indoor positioning,UWB(Ultra Wide band)technology can not only achieve high positioning accuracy,but good real-time.With a lot of advantages,UWB technology has unique advantages in the field of indoor locating.In this paper,some basic research work is mainly carried out in the field of UWB channel model,receiver and positioning algorithm,which can lay a theoretical foundation for further development of high precision,good real-time indoor locating system.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Firstly,this paper study various indoor channel models,including the Poisson model,analyze the propagation characteristics for four kinds of UWB channel model which IEEE 802.15.3a recommended,the simulations analyze on continuous impulse response of the channel model,dispersion impulse response of channel,power delay distribution;The energy level of multipath transmission is compared and to learn its advantages and disadvantages on the basis of the results of statistical analysis.The IEEE 802.15.4a channel model is simulated and analyzed by MATLAB.On the basis of the analysis of the parameters and the actual channel environment,we can choose a better channel model in theory.According to the comparison for IEEE 802.15.3a and IEEE 802.15.4a,this paper also analyzes the practical significance for the further development in the IEEE 802.15.4a model.(2)In the receiver part of the UWB system,RAKE technology is adopted to receive the multipath energy,this paper analyzes several common RAKE programs in the IEEE 802.15.3a channel,according to the simulation analysis of MATLAB,the curve of error rate/signal to noise ratio for SRAKE,PRAKE,ARAKE are simulated to get the best receiver scheme.(3)This paper also introduces traditional locating algorithms such as AOA,TOA,TDOA,puts forward new improved algorithms for TO A and TDOA,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the positioning error and smoothing the positioning trajectory.By the MATLAB simulation of the specific numerical indicators,the positioning accuracy of improved algorithm is compared with the standard algorithm,to verify the feasibility of the improved algorithm.
