Existing printer's tendency is functionality and it could not adapt to abundant circumstances and meet the requirements of people.The printer needs to be improved in the human-computer interaction system.The system will be improved from two aspects,hardware and software.Hardware refers to the entity that touches with the user directly.Software refers to graphical user interface of the machine.In terms of hardware interaction design,Semantic difference method and the orthogonal experiment,and the theory of ergonomics are applied into the design and verification of the handle.On the basis of user interview and market research,a safety lock is designed and realized.In the aspect of software interaction design,arrange the touch screen from seven aspects,choosing the best of four solutions based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Design mobile terminal from six aspects.Develop and verify the result based on the Android Studio platform and the theory of usability testing.Research results improve the human-machine interaction system of F152 3D printers,making up for the deficiency of existing 3D printer,providing the reference for better interaction design.
