Fully automatic machining of electronic products is an effective way to improve product quality and production efficiency and meanwhile reduce labor cost.The loudspeaker diaphragm is thin,soft and not easy to be processed.Fully automatic turntable machine is the key equipment of fully automatic processing of diaphragm.In this paper,a kind of full automatic turntable machine is designed and optimized aimed at the diaphragm used for mobile phone loudspeaker The main research work is as follows:The physical properties of the diaphragm of the mobile phone loudspeaker is analyzed.According to the technological process of the diaphragm and the process actions,the overoll design scheme of the automatic turntable machine is presented.The workflow and processing requirements for each part of the structure are determined.The diaphragm product can be flipped,be realized laser cutting and be coded check through turntable machine.According to the process analysis of each part,using SolidWorks software,the structure of each part of the automatic turntable machine is designed and the rationality of the design is tested through virtual assembly of each structure.Furthermore,the selection calculation for the buffer of initial location in transmission mechanism of fully automatic turntable machine is proceeded.The controller type selection of electrical control system of the automatic turntable machine and analyzes control unit as well as the design of the whole control scheme are presented.In addition,the hardware selection of control system and the reasons are also provided and the process design of the electrical control system is also put forward.The coordination analysis is conducted for the automatic turntable machine.The optimization calculation is made mainly for material handling period so as to satisfy the production demand.A brief introduction to the assembly and debugging of the prototype and tests the performance of the automatic turntable machine is made.The testing data shows that the design of the turntable proves that the automatic turntable machine has the advantages of high automation,high production efficiency,stable equipment,etc.Finally,the structure of the turntable mechanism in the automatic turntable machines is optimized aimed at its shortcomings.The positioning and clamping mechanism is also optimized.The positioning and clamping mechanism after optimum is used to the diaphragm machining device.The device improve the repeated positioning accuracy of the turntable machine and easy to debug the equipment.
