Design Of Control System Of Quadruple-tank Based On State Feedback

The main work of this paper is to use state feedback,by using the method of pole assignment and LQR control to design the controller,and the controller is applied in the quadruple-tank state feedback control system,to achieve the control of the tank level.First of all,the quadruple-tank process control system experimental platform and related basic knowledge are introduced,include hardware,software,physical models and other aspects.According to the physical model,the mathematical model of the quadruple-tank system is established,and the system model is simulated by Simulink.The feasibility of the research method is verified by using Matlab to simulate the system model.Then,for the actual controlled object of the quadruple-tank,the appropriate working point of the system is found.Based on the system state at the working point,the more accurate mathematical model of the dual-input dual-output system is identified,and then the mathematical model is transformed.In the control design part of the pole assignment,the state feedback matrix K is obtained according to the method step after determining the A matrix as the cyclic matrix using the multi-input system into a single input system.Finally,the feedback control of the state feedback plus integral correction is completed System,and in the Matlab and experimental platform to verify the control effect of the controller.In the LQR control design part,the simple Q matrix and R matrix are selected,and the feedback gain matrix K is obtained by linear quadratic optimal control method.An optimal output tracking control system is designed by using LQI method.Matlab and experimental platform to verify,and achieved good control effect.
