In nature,there are many groups have the same nature,such as bees,birds,humans,and ants.These groups are usually composed of a number of individuals,this temporary or permanent combination of the group itself represents the concept of Organizational process.Individuals in this group can interact with each other,but the limited movement and visual ability of the individual may lead to a complex group behavior.This complex behavior of the group,especially the interaction between individuals,attracts the attention of scientists in many fields.Over the past few decades,the study of the behavior of group and simulation visualization has become a hot topic.As a result of the development of computer technology,on the one hand,scholars to observe and experimental study.On the other hand,Scholars use computer technology for mathematical modeling and simulation visualization.This method has become an important means of research.The use of computer technology to simulate the behavior of fish groups can truly simulate the phenomenon of fish clusters in the real world and explore the rules that fish stocks come together to follow.Through the computer simulation method can show the movement of fish law,habits,behavior and help people more intuitive understanding of marine life Researching and mastering the behavioral characteristics of fish during aquaculture can provide valuable information for farmers.But the current behavior of fish and the characteristics of the simulation technology research is still in the initial stage.In this paper,we selected the crucian carp,which was clustered and sensitive to light,as the research object,and explored the characteristics of its population.At the same time,we studied the data of fish population behavior and the data extraction and image processing under laboratory conditions.The classical fish mass model-Boids model tries to establish the fish movement model and uses the computer technology to realize the simulation visualization to help analyze and extract the fish movement behavior characteristics.This article mainly includes the following three parts:(1)fish farm behavior mathematical model and simulation visualization.First,the visual range of the fish is assumed and the influence of the population on the aggregation behavior is studied by setting different visual range capabilities.Secondly,the three types of behavior of the fish cluster are simulated by computer programming simulation: parallel state,State,disorder state,and to achieve the natural transition between the three states,in line with the phenomenon of natural fish clustering.Finally,the dynamic changes of the spatial distribution patterns of the fish in the invading state of the migrants are simulated: the respective clusters-driven chase-collapses-exploded-their clusters;(2)A preliminary study on the image processing technology of fish swimming behavior.Through the study of the fish trajectory tracking system software,the computer image processing technology is used to analyze and analyze the video images collected by the experiment.Finally,the fish tracking is carried out,and the swimming speed and trajectory of the fish are quantified to study the fish Swim behavior of groups.(3)Preliminary study on stress behavior and model simulation of fish under light stimulation.The phototaxis behavior and the stress response characteristics of the fish under the light stimulation condition were analyzed experimentally,and the behavioral characteristics of the stress were fed back into the fish movement model,and the fish movement model under the influence of the external environment was studied preliminarily.
