In modern times,Networking,information rapid development,more and more enterprises through the establishment of network digital information platform to assist in the enterprise's own research and development,production,sales,customer management,the management and operation;Customer relationship management in the process of enterprise management is one of the important link?the enterprise is the key to success of operations management decision is correct,and how to produce products to meet customer demand;On the other hand,maintenance of customer relationships,according to the construction of customer relationship management(CRM),has become the enterprise to build the core competitiveness of important factor.Data mining is a subject-oriented,integrated,non-volatile and change over time of data collection,used to support management decisions.Data mining is subject-oriented data;Data mining is data integration.Data mining data are volatile;The data of data mining is changing with time.Data mining is the subjective requirement of for analysis,decision makers,different users have different requirements,the requirement of the same user will often change over time,therefore,the topic in data mining is sometimes because of the change of user's subjective requirements change.This paper mainly from the following several aspects elaborated the research of data mining in CRM under the condition of network information and application of data mining technology theory of the main content of the design process;This paper first introduces from the concept of CRM related to start,focus on customer management system origin,connotation,and the role of data mining technology,and so far the development of the situation.Secondly,this paper also introduces the important technology of data mining technique,data mining environment,the concept of data mining,has carried on the simple summary to the characteristics of these technologies,for the subsequent chapter of the paper to the role of continuity,but also for subsequent paper introduces the content of the good.Again,this paper introduces how the data mining technology in CRM application,introduced how to use the related technology of data mining in CRM in enterprise for the purpose of customer management,using what is the way of CRM,can solve the problem of what kind of,which brings benefits to businesses.After the decision tree algorithm in the application of customer relationship management system,we design the purpose of the whole system,in practice,however,is how to can make good use of data mining technology,is the culmination of the whole thesis.The last part is the summary of the paper with the project,is a summary of the thesis describes the content,and the application of the data mining technology in CRM is discussed.
