In recent years,some major public events are triggered by weibo,or create some public opinion and influence in the weibo communication,so as to arouse people's attention and reflection.Weibo has important public value for it is to build the contemporary China's public sphere to some extent.The public,the public topic in social and public interests,and rational to discuss consensus are the constituent elements and internal requirements of the public sphere.From the angle of public sphere theory,it can be found that weibo communication participants lack of public spirit and the contents of the public gradually collapse.Also,due to the irrational behavior in the communication among the public,moral kidnapping and network violence frequently occur in the weibo communication.What's more,these problems directly hinder the construction of micro-blogging public sphere.Media plays an irreplaceable role in public sphere.The change of media technology always contributes to the transformation and reconstruction of public sphere.Weibo public sphere is that on this public platform,the public regard social public issue as main topic content,in order to achieve consistent opinion on public topics through rational argument to discuss.However,there are some problems that cannot be ignored in the public domain of weibo communication.In Weibo communication,some network violence such as irrational tendency,arbitrary abuse,moral kidnapping etc,occurs;Weibo topics have nothing to do with the social public;private topics occupy the public space,which makes the marginalization of public topics.The public become "net citizens distracted from public affairs",and micro-blogging platform become show field of entertainment and commerce.Under this condition,the discussion of consensus become extravagant hopes.The public will waste a lot of time and energy on the irrelevant events,which is undoubtedly huge waste of public space and media resources.This thesis is divided into five parts.Introduction part expounds background and significance of this thesis,presents the relevant research at home and abroad,explains the origin of the public domain and the related theory clearly.Also,itemphasizes that micro-blogging is not only a entertainment platform,but also a public space related to public debate.The first chapter focuses on some concepts related to weibo and public sphere,in which public sector and private sector have mutual distinction and corresponding boundary.the interpretation of public sphere changes along with the social context,from Habermas' definition to the network era.The mature development of weibo also correspondingly produce micro-blogging public domain.The second chapter mainly discusses the problems existing in the Weibo communication,from the perspective of weibo communicators,weibo audience and weibo content.Chapter three points out the problems cause by micro-blogging public domain in Weibo communication.The fourth chapter presents reasonable solution according to reality,emphasizes the importance of the social public values of Weibo.If Weibo wants to achieve long-term survival and development,it is necessary to adjust and make changes in the public and private areas,and to play its important value in the field of building public sphere.
