Research On Intelligent Operation Ticket System Based On Expert System

Operation ticket system is an effective measure to prevent faulty operations and enhance production management in substation electrical system.The operation ticket system is implement and carried out strictly in the actual process,which can guarantee the safe operation of power system.With the continuous development of smart grid and the advent of the era of'"electric power big data",a huge change have taken place in the operational mode of substation.And the electric power industry constantly promotes the standardization and normalization of operation.Thus the traditional method of generating operation ticket cannot adapt to the actual production background.And the current intelligent operation ticket systems have common problems of inadequate intelligence,lack of commonality and poor reliability,which cannot meet the needs of modern smart grid management pattern.Therefore there is important research value to design an intelligent operation ticket system which can assist operator to make out an operation ticket automatically.This paper aims to improve intelligence,reliability and commonality of current operation ticket system,and adopts the modular method to develop an intelligent operation ticket system based on CLIPS expert system.Abstract electrical device class oriented towards power system equipment and design operation ticket system database combined with MySQL technology,eusuring the system has good versatility.Then complete the modeling process of the fact base combined with expert system tool CLIPS,and establish common rule base whose cores are generating ticket rules and false detection rules according to electrical operating rules.This paper also researches reasoning mechanism of automatic process of generating a ticket based on Rete algorithm in the case of breaker.The interaction of operation ticket system and CLIPS expert system module is implemented by adopting the mode of CLIPS and C#mixed programming which ensures system good intelligence and expansibility.The system adopts modular process of generating ticket and the user chose the right way according to the operation task instruction.Thus the operation ticket system has high efficiency and reliability.This paper completes the development of intelligent operation ticket system in Visual Studio2010 platform.The system provides three flexible modes of generating operation ticket for the user to choose:automatic reasoning mode,procedural mode and invocation mode,and the expert system module ensures the correctness of task instruction and operation content.The system also can realize the expansion and maintenance of the equipment base and rule base of the system,and operation order management.Thus it can reduce operator work burden.Friendly man-machine interface provides user with facilities for operation.This system is applied to electrical wiring system in the form of a single bus section.The system works safely and reliably that proves system has good intelligence,reliability and commonality.
