PID controller is a kind of classical controller in control field.It is widely used in control field due to its simple structure,strong robustness and easy realization.However,as the industrial process becomes more and more complex,several problem such as time delay,nonlinearity and uncertainty come out during the industrial process,which cause the PID controller can not satisfied the requirement of control performance.As a widely used algorithm in predictive control,predictive function control is widely used in petrochemical industry.Mainly because its not require high accuracy of the model,and has a high robustness and tracking performance.Fuzzy control is kind of algorithm often used in intelligent control,and it is also widely used in industrial process.This is because it does not depend on the mathematical model,it is able to control the object only through the relevant experience and data,so it is has increasingly important position in the field of control.If we can combine the advantage of the PID controller with the advantage of fuzzy control and PFC,it will greatly improve the efficiency of industrial production.On the basis of predecessors' achievements,this paper mainly studies the following two aspects.On the one hand,combining the fuzzy theory and neural network,we propose a design method about fuzzy network PID controller.The self-learning ability of neural network and fuzzy inference ability are combined to adjust PID parameters.The method improves the adaptive ability of PID control.Finally,the simulation results show that the fuzzy PID controller has good control performance.On the other hand,by combining the advantages of predictive control,fuzzy control and PID control,a design method of predictive fuzzy PID controller is proposed.This method achieves the adaptive adjustment by fuzzy control,and introduces the forecasting model of predictive control to complete the prediction in advance.The PID controller not only guarantees the predictive ability of predictive control,but also has the fuzzy control inference performance.Finally,applying the new PID controller in the industrial coking furnace,and verified it's validity through simulation.
